Cancellation & Return Policy

We strive to offer a seamless buying experience to our customers. With this, we have a very smooth full & partial cancellation policy set for our customers as below:

1- Full Order Cancellation

a)    Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call Sadarbazaronline

customer care at +91 9311337172 or send an email to info@sadarbazaronline.com to request for cancellation.

b)    Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from

Sadarbazaronline warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed. 

2- Partial Order Cancellation

a)    Partial cancellations are not allowed. No refunds will be made in case of partial order cancellation/return.

3- Offer Specific Cancellations

a)    In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&Cs page to know

The specific cancellation rules of that particular offer.

4- Unethical Purchase & Cancellation Policy

a)    In case of any purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and Sadarbazaronline will not be liable to pay any refund to the customers in all such cases.

b)    Also, if it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning/cancelling the same; Sadarbazaronline reserves the right to charge a substantial return/cancellation fee from the user - which could also be the entire order amount, hence, no refund will be processed.

5- Sadarbazaronline.com Return Policy

a)    Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call Sadarbazaronline customer care at +91 84479 47031or send an email to info@sadarbazaronline.com with order details within in 15 days of order date.

b)    Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing

material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.

c)    Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good

condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing, Sadarbazaronline can deny refund to the customer.

d)    If it is observed that a user is placing multiple/bulk orders and is also returning the same;

Sadarbazaronline reserves the right to charge a substantial return fee from the user.

e)    NRP (non returnable products ) on sadarbazar.com will not be return in case damage on devilry.

 

6- Offer Specific Returns

a)    In accordance with the above rules, kindly refer to the offer’s detailed T&Cs page to know

the specific return rules of that particular offer.

7- Return Policy in case of RTO

a)    In case of RTO, no charges will be levied. All other T&Cs applicable.

b)    Product will be return within 15 days date of order.

At Sadarbazaronline, we thank our customers for purchasing from our website. We recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use. This will give you all the important information regarding our obligations and your rights as our customers for any purchase that you make on our website.

We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.

a)    If due to any reason the order isn't shipped out by Sadarbazaronline then the order can be

cancelled, and your money will be refunded to you. If your shipping address is not serviced by our logistics division, we will automatically cancel your order and the money will be refunded to you.

b)    If the product delivered is faulty, damaged in transit, or wrong product is delivered, we will

initiate a refund.

c)    It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is

already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log-in the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.

9- Refund Process

10- Refund Cycle

a)    Complete refund process normally takes about 10-15 working days. This includes time for product pickup, quality inspection, confirmation & refund initiation.

c)    This warranty is not applicable on damages resulting from any sort of negligence, mishandling, accidents, corrosion or rust, and loss of components or accessories on the customer's part.

d)    This warranty is valid only when you buy through Sadarbazaronline.com.

e)    A product will only be replaced by Sadarbazaronline on its sole discretion depending on the nature of defects.

f)     Sadarbazaronline will not be accountable for payments or refund against any incidental or consequential damages.
